Efficient, good professionals. Responsive customer service. No hidden costs and the ability to pay a deposit in advance and settle upon satisfaction. Reclean guarantee for a period of not content with the service was a plus. 👍

I found this company to be unreliable. I hired them for cleaning services for my flat, but the experience was disappointing. They sent someone who was constantly on the phone during the job and left the flat in an unsatisfactory state. Additionally, their calls seem to originate from Asia (possibly Pakistan), and the address listed on their website appears to be incorrect

We did a deep clean but the rack of the oven was not cleaned thoroughly. And they didn't clean the toilet bowl.

The most unreliable company. Be aware of the high chances of getting last minute cancellation. They called an hour before the cleaning time to say there has been a two hour delay, only to call me two hours later and cancel the job last minute. It was a 4pm tenancy clean job and they were unable to carry out the job leaving us with no solution. They said “things happen” and offered to send us “an unreliable cleaner” as a solution. Completely unprofessional.
