Description

My name is Tracy and I own Clean & Assist. We are a family run Company located in Iford, Bournemouth which is the BH6 area. We offer high quality cleaning services which are designed to suit our clients requirements.

We can provide one-off cleans or cleaning on a regular basis. We currently have regular clients in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Southbourne, Tuckton, Highcliffe, New Milton and Boscombe. Our customers range from young professionals leading busy lives to retired and elderly people that just need a bit of extra help.

We have also extended our range of services to include domestic assistance as and when required. We can supply light gardening services, buy and deliver shopping, help with trips out and also light lunches.

I used to be a painter and decorator for many years so we can also provide light decoration services to the inside and outside of your property.

We have began to work via Bark in June 2017 and some clients have now been kind enough to review our Company.

All staff are DBS checked against criminal records for your peace of mind and we are happy to provide evidence of this upon request. We also hold full Public Liability Insurance in the event of any unfortunate accidents.

We also have written recommendations from our current and previous clients that we are happy to produce to new clients that we make contact with.

Clean and Assist have just completed a deep clean of my elderly mother’s 4 bedroom bungalow. They were professional and hardworking and did exactly what they said they would. The clean was spread over two days , approx 5 hours each day which helped to reduce the strain on my mother ( who has memory problems) of having strangers in the house and a lot of upheaval. They were very respectful of my mother’s wishes around not having certain things moved as she relies a lot on things being in their right place. The house now looks lovely and mum is very pleased. I highly recommend Clean and Assist and will not hesitate to call on them again.

Tracey has been cleaning my house for 6 months now. She is a delight and works really hard. I have a lot of glass on four bathrooms but she gets everything shining! I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Clean and Assist do a weekly clean for my elderly Dad. They are a fantastic company and a real find. Dad's cleaner is so reliable, friendly and does such a wonderful job at keeping the house clean. She often goes above and beyond.My dad looks forward to her weekly visit; he has cups of coffee made and even has sandwiches made and enjoys a nice natter. They are a caring and highly professional company. We struggled for a long time to find such a lovely company; I cant recommend them more highly. Heather
