Lovely mid-life Lab/collie cross who's owner has died

I have been asked to find Nessie a home
Nessies owner passed away last week, leaving her very confused and upset 😞
"Nessie is around 8 years old and originally from Romania, where she was rescued and brought to England as a puppy
Her owner has had her for her whole life
She is extremely affectionate and great with humans, loves a cuddle and plenty of tickles and toys! She is good with children but not so keen on cats.
She does have prey drive so no small animals.
She walks well and easily on a short or long lead and is fine following off the lead, but will wonder a little, whilst keeping an eye on 'the pack' and returning. Nessie always makes her way back but in her own good time!
Nessie can be reactive to certain dogs, but saying that, she has also been walked with other ‘chilled’ dogs, but she may prefer to be the only dog in the home. She has been fine, though, when other dogs have stayed with her. She tends to ignore them once they settle.
Nessie really is great girl and just wants to be in a loving home

⭐️ Can not live with cats/ small animals
⭐️ could live with children ( ages to be discussed)
⭐️ housetrained
⭐️ would benefit from a quieter home due to her age
Nessie would be perfect for somebody on their own/ retired couple who wants a quieter dog for company. She's probably a Lab/collie cross.
