Chow chow male

It’s with a heavy heart I’m having to part with my boy. He’s a gorgeous self red. He is 10 months old. He’s had all of his injections and up to date with everything. He’s microchipped which I can switch over and he’s fully house trained. He loves to walk, we often take him to a secure field for a run out with my daughters male chow and he loves it ( not off lead trained ) He’s brilliant in a car too. He loves to retrieve toys and rough and tough pull play with toys. He gets along with my daughter’s chow but does go for top dog status - very dominant.

He’s such a character but with me and my husband working full time he’s lonely and bored and needs more time from someone. I took him on from my son who underestimated the task of taking on a pup aswell as two young children however I do have a 12 year old female chow who he wants to play with but unfortunately she’s too old and not interested so its very unfair for him.

He’s absolutely fine with kids he just takes a little longer to trust - typical chow. He’s quiet demanding and quiet cheeky and will try to push it so ideally I would prefer a previous chow owner who knows how to deal with a boystress boy who will learn to understand his place. I’ve had chows for 25 years and cannot meet his demands at this point in my life which I am gutted about.

He comes with everything he could possibly need and more. We will not just let him go to anyone he needs the best loving forever home. Please know he is head shy and cannot see above his head.

It’s really hard to make this decision so please no time wasters.
