Description
Tea set items manufactured by Alfred Meakin in the "Bleu de Roi" pattern:
12 nr saucers, approx. 5.5” diameter
6 nr cups, approx., 3.5” diameter at top
3 nr tea plates, approx. 6.5” diameter
1 nr milk jug
The "Bleu de Roi" pattern, characterized by a cobalt blue band on white china with gold detailing, was mainly manufactured from 1920-1939.
The items are in a good condition considering their age with no chips or cracks however there is some fading of the gold detailing.
Note that I have stated “Collection only” however I’m happy to liaise with a buyer’s courier and/or discuss packaging and posting costs.
