This is a dense, solid wood dining table originally bought from The Pier - a popular UK high street retailer known for high-quality rustic furniture.
It’s not pine - it’s much heavier, darker, and denser. Could be rubberwood, acacia, or mango wood which Pier was known to use.
The table has a rich dark-stained finish with a natural glossy sheen and characterful woodgrain and minor distressing that give it a properly authentic look.

It also features a built-in drawer with internal dividers - perfect for storing cutlery, placemats, chargers, or even hiding the telly remote when you’re pretending you live a tidy life.

Condition:

This table is in strong, solid condition with minor surface marks and small scuffs around the edges - all consistent with careful use and adding to its rustic charm.
No damage, no repairs, no woodworm (I thought it was when I first took possession but they are characters of the design).
Built to last, with real character that modern flat-pack furniture just can’t fake.

I love this table but since moving we have no space for it so reluctantly we have to let it go.
