Description
Here we have a Packard Bell computer with a recently reset of windows 8.1 the system should be able to upgrade to windows 10 if you want. There is a Philips 21 inch monitor along with a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse, so the computer just needs setting up and away you go. All the cables required to set up the system are included in the package along with the original Packard Bell booklet that came with the computer which shows just where each cable needs to be attached.
