Description
I built this PC back in 2015, but unfortunately the power supply stopped working after almost 10 years. This is considered normal for a bronze certified power supply. You can buy a decent power supply on Amazon for like £30-50 or salvage the parts for a new project. A fresh installation of the operating system is required using a USB via Microsoft's Media Creation tool.
I used to play Call of Duty: Black Ops III back in 2015 which is when the PC was built. If memory serves me well, I was getting 90+ fps at 1080p on ultra settings. The PC is also great for everyday admin and capable of running applications like Adobe Photoshop.
Windows 11 is upgradable for free. However, you may need to update the bios beforehand. My research suggests turning on XMP, turning off CSM/legacy boot, and enabling TPM/Secure boot.
