Welcome to Grantley Massage: I am a Diploma qualified Raynor Naturopathic Masseur (RNM), offering Deep Tissue and Swedish massage options for both male and female clients. I provide a warm studio in a quiet suburban area of Leeds, Oakwood, LS8, with on street parking off the A58 Wetherby Road , with bus services 49 & 50

SWEDISH and DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

The Goal of Raynor Naturopathic Massage (RNM) is to return the body to its’ natural state of relaxation. The word “relax” literally means to bring back to a state of looseness.

It draws inspiration and practice based in Ayurvedic Massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine & Eastern Massage modalities:

This Massage system is a perfect way to relax in a warm ambient atmosphere, to relieve muscle tension, treat tensions and soreness caused by overuse of specific muscles, and come to complete rest physically and mindfully.

Swedish massage is a popular and widely practiced massage technique designed to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall well-being

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to reduce tension in muscle and tissue.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE; FOOT REFLEXOLOY, ABDOMINAL MASSAGE, PECS:

I can include the following in all massage sessions , depending on client preferences and time:

* Head, Neck & Face massage
* Feet & Hand reflexology therapeutic massage
* Abdominal (tummy) massage
* Pectoral massage



DRAPING

I use draping throughout the massage to protect the client's privacy and modesty: both male and female clients

SESSIONS available From 7 am start to Last Session start 6pm

60 Minutes: mornings up until 12pm @£25: £30 thereafter

90 Minutes: mornings up until 12pm @£35: £40 thereafter
