Description
Are you a homeowner, builder, engineer, or landlord wanting to quickly and cost-effectively find a damp, mould or timber problem with your property without any demolition or damage to the property?
Full Spectrum Testing can help. We are PCA (Property Care Association) registered. With the latest thermal imaging equipment, we can help find and diagnose many faults with your property from leaks, damp and mould to electrical issues. Adam, our lead surveyor, is Certificated Surveyor of Timber & Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB), a requirement of most banks and building societies when reporting on damp and timber in properties for mortgages or loan.
We carry out property surveys and photography using the latest drone technology with Hi-resolution Cameras and Infra-red cameras.
Full Spectrum Testing surveys can provide verifiable evidence of what’s wrong in your building without causing damage to your property.
As with our ground-based inspection team, our drone team only use the most advanced FLIR Thermographic inspection cameras to undertake cutting-edge surveys and inspections.
The IR camera alongside the hi-resolution normal images and video gives you an unprecedented amount of detail and information we can not only see the visible such as damaged roofs but the “invisible” such as poor insulation and water ingress.
Full Spectrum Testing’s drone surveys offer significant cost savings when compared with traditional methods of access when undertaking condition surveys on all types of commercial, industrial, residential and historic buildings.
