Description
Extra Recruitment are recruiting for a MIG/TIG Welder in the Redditch area.
Details of a MIG/TIG Welder
* Location: Redditch B98 0
* Working days: Monday – Thursday Only
* Shift details: Days 9.75 hours per day
* Pay rate: £15 per hour
* Duration of role: Temp to Perm
Role of a MIG/TIG Welder
· Experienced TIG/MIG Welder for Mild Steel and Aluminium, using jigs and fixtures
· Legibly and accurately record activities on required documentation
· Properly and safely use all tools/machinery necessary to run each job as efficiently and with as little waste as possible
· Run the order as quickly and efficiently as quality allow
· Read and understand quality standards, ensuring quality standards are met
· Remove and properly dispose of all waste/reject materials
· Responsible for the cleanliness of the tool/machine and your working area
· Report any/all mechanical issues encountered during the shift
· Prepare and direct press assistant in the staging of the next job

* Will have to take a welder test at interview stage
