Job Role: Service / Parts Advisor

Richard Hardie Silverlink

Contract Type: Full time

Salary: From GBP25000 -GBP28000 depending on experience, plus a realistic performance bonus up to GBP4800 per annum, and further performance related bonuses on Service Plan Sales.

We genuinely feel this is a minimum earning of GBP30k OTE for the right person.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6pm, alternate Saturdays 8:00am-1pm.

About Us

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service / Parts Advisor to join our expanding Service Team here at Richard Hardie MG/Fiat/Abarth Silverlink, now operating under a new Management Team.

Our Service Advisors play a key role within our Aftersales function, ensuring customer satisfaction in the service and repair of all types of motor vehicles.

Richard Hardie is a proud family run Motor Retailer, with a heritage spanning over 5 decades in the Northeast, now representing MG, Fiat and Abarth.

About the Role

We are on the look out for an experienced Service/Parts Advisor. This is a Hybrid role and would suit anyone with experience in any of these departments previously.

- Dealing with customer requirements for service and repairs, In a friendly and professional manner

- Managing a high volume of customers daily as well as telephone calls and online bookings

- Managing the allocation and handover of courtesy vehicles

- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.

- Advising customers about any additional work that may be required to their vehicle using our EVHC system.

- Working as part of a team, and support both Aftersales and Sales teams

- Willingness to learn and attend manufacture training.

About You

- Be able to confidently engage and build relationships with customers.

- Experience within a main dealer or independent environment preferred but not essential.

- Great organisational and time keeping skills.

- Experienced and confident in using computer systems.

- Have a professional telephone manner.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.

- The most important thing is to have a great attitude.

Pay: GBP23,000.00-GBP28,000.00 per year
