Job Title: Sales Executive – Fine Wine & Spirits

Location: Knightsbridge, London

Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 p/a + KPI-based Bonus (40 hours)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, charismatic, and knowledgeable Sales Executive to join a new luxury fine wine and spirits store in one of London’s most exclusive locations. This is a unique chance to work with a premium portfolio of collectable whiskies, fine wines, rare liqueurs, and high-end spirits, in an environment where exceptional customer service is as important as product quality.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will:

Deliver personalised, expert advice to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.

Maintain immaculate visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

Handle transactions with accuracy and discretion.

Engage clients in conversations about their tastes, preferences, and needs.

Support events such as tastings, product launches, and in-store promotions.

Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring the right products are always available.

Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

About You

You’ll bring a blend of product expertise, sales skill, and refined customer service. Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or as a sommelier/bar professional.

A genuine passion for fine wine, spirits, and especially whisky.

WSET Level 2 or above in Wine and/or Spirits (highly desirable).

Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills.

Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
