TITLE: Sales & Customer Service Team Lead
JOB REF: PV 11232
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
LOCATION: Near Melton Mowbray
SALARY: Up to £35,000 per annum
HOURS: Monday to Friday 35 hours per week. After a period of training there is an opportunity to be offered hybrid working.

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Customer Service individual to join their team on a permanent basis. You would be tasked with leading a team in a fast paced, customer service environment and be the point of escalation, manage the workload of the team, although not have direct line management responsibilities.

The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a fast-paced Customer Service environment, who either has Team Leader experience or someone who has been a Senior member of a Customer Service team and trained staff and been the point of escalation for queries. This role will not have line management responsibilities.

Role profile:
* To oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Customer Services Team.
* Monitoring, distribution, and oversight of team tasks and activities.
* Management of team rota.
* Continuously monitor, track and report on performance to targets.
* Support new starter training schedules.
* Support on-going sales & performance coaching of the team.
* Co-ordination and completion of ongoing quality assurance checks.
* Support handling complaints and be point of escalation.
Person profile:
* Previous experience in a Team Leader or equivalent position.
* Planning and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of sales and customer services processes.
* Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
* Strong leadership skills.
