Job Title: Repairs Contact Centre Team Leader

Location: Newham

Rate: up to £22.08 PAYE hour

Term: Temporary ongoing

Are you an enthusiastic leader with a passion for customer service? Our client, a prominent organisation in Newham, London, is seeking a Repairs Contact Centre Team Leader to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Abbey Road train station!

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage a team of 12 customer service staff, ensuring a high level of service delivery.

Foster a results-oriented and resident-focused working culture.

Oversee staff performance management, training, and development.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Council policies.

Handle customer complaints efficiently, striving for that 'right first time' approach.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in managing staff and delivering high-quality services.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.

A solid understanding of customer-focused service delivery.

Must have experience using Northgate/NEC system
