Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance on commercial vehicle parts and components.

Professionally and efficiently handle customer and supplier inquiries.

Manage stock control and ensure timely parts ordering.

Process orders and coordinate deliveries to meet customer demands.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Support occasional service desk duties, including handling service inquiries, handing over keys, and reporting vehicle defects.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a parts advisory role, preferably in the commercial vehicle sector.

Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of commercial vehicle parts and systems is advantageous.
