With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dedicated Online Parts Advisor to join our team and assist our online customers in finding the correct parts for their automotive needs.

Position Overview: As an Online Parts Advisor , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by advising them on the correct parts, taking orders, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring a seamless online purchasing experience. You will be the primary point of contact for our online customers, utilizing your expertise in the automotive industry to provide accurate and personalized assistance.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehicles through phone and online communication channels (e.g., chat, emails).

Provide accurate product information, including specifications, compatibility, and pricing.

Take orders from customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Manage orders from receipt to fulfillment, including printing shipping labels, packing slips, invoices, arranging shipments, and tracking deliveries.

Packaging orders & helping other colleagues in the warehouse.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and new releases to better assist customers.

Review and update inventory products

Manage purchase orders

Accept business deliveries on site and assist in collections.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including compatibility and specifications.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must have a good knowledge of compute skill such as Excel, Word.

Knowldge of online e-commerce such as ebay, Amazon.

Proficiency in using online communication tools and order management systems.

Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing personalized assistance.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and managing customer information.
