Description
We are one of the largest motorhome & caravan dealer in the UK based just outside Carmarthen offering sales and servicing.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our parts department that as a must needs to be friendly, confident, and capable and also be able to deal customers on the phone and also from time to time customers in the shop.
Key Skills must include: Excellent Communication , Flexible along with being well organised.
Experience in the motor factor-based industry or motor trade main dealer parts supply would be a huge advantage in the role that we have to offer.
A Full UK Drivers Licence is also essential.
Key points :
•Assisting with all goods in that arrive from manufactures and 3 party parts suppliers selecting storage locations and updating stock on systems.
. assigning of goods to retail and warranty job cards ready for the workshop to complete work.
• Assisting with parts supply to technicians in workshops
• Support for the onsite shop during busy periods and cover of holidays
• Performing any other tasks, as required, which will help in the support of the aftersales side of the business
• Welsh speaking would be an advantage but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Work well under pressure and as part of a team
Hours of work are full time , Monday to Friday 9.00-17.00 and some Saturdays on a rota but there will need to be some flexibility around busier times of the year.
Salary is GBP negotiable depending on experience.
