Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (flexibility and occasional weekends required)

About the Role:

Activus Recruitment is seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee varied cleaning contracts across Bristol, Taunton, Exeter, and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role with a company vehicle and phone provided. You will carry out cleaning tasks, supervise and train staff, and ensure high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out varied cleaning tasks including deep cleans, buffing, carpet cleans, and general cleaning

*

Complete client audits and attend meetings

*

Train and support new cleaning staff

*

Ensure sites are maintained to the highest standard

*

Work flexibly to meet business needs

Requirements:

*

Full UK driving licence (essential)

*

Minimum 6 months’ cleaning operative experience (desirable)

*

Minimum 6 months’ supervisory experience (desirable)

*

Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or in a team

*

Energetic, enthusiastic, and good communication skills

*

Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
