Finance Customer Representative
Solihull
Initial 12 Month Contract
37.5 hours a week: Mon - Fri 08:30-17:00
£13.80 PAYE hourly rate plus holiday and pension contribution OR £18.60ph via an umbrella company basis.

If that sounds like you, this exciting opportunity could be a great fit. We’re looking for a Finance Customer Representative with a financial background to play a key role in providing first-line support, coordinating services, resolving problems and offering recommendations on selected products and services.
What will you do?
* Addressing customer issues and resolving complaints. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented
* Answering inbound customer service inquiries. Providing analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate
* Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution
* Understanding of products and services offered, providing appropriate solutions to customer queries
