Customer Success Associate

Description

We're looking for a dedicated and career-minded Customer Success Associate to join our team in Colchester. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and creating positive client experiences-while also building a career with long-term growth potential.

As a key part of our customer success team, you'll support client onboarding, ensure satisfaction, and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams. What You'll Be Doing

Supporting new and existing clients throughout their journey with us

Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication

Assisting with onboarding processes, performance check-ins, and client queries

Tracking client activity and reporting on engagement and outcomes using CRM tools

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Identifying opportunities to improve client experience or upsell services

Supporting account managers and leadership with key account activities

What We're Looking For

Background in customer service, support, or admin is an advantage

Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset

Organised, reliable, and proactive in following up and resolving queries
