About the Role
Our client is looking for confident, empathetic, and customer-focused individuals to join their busy contact centre team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of customer queries, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
This is a full-time, office-based role for the first 6 months, after which hybrid working will be available.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
* Handle enquiries related to rent, repairs, account management, and other services
* Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent service standards
* Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for fast and effective resolutions
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
* Provide informal support and guidance to new team members
Skills and Experience:
* Strong customer service and active listening skills - prior office-based experience is not required but would be preferred
* Resilient and empathetic, especially when handling complex or challenging calls
* Comfortable with technology, able to use multiple systems while speaking with customers
* A team player who communicates effectively with colleagues across the business
