Customer Service Assistant – Photography Studio (Temporary to Permanent) – Colchester
We are recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to join a busy photography studio in Colchester. This is a full-time, temporary role starting in early September and running until early December 2025, with the potential to become permanent in January 2026 for the right candidate.
The Role As a Customer Service Assistant, you will:
Handle parent and school customer service queries by phone and email
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Provide friendly and professional support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Work closely with the studio team to maintain smooth day-to-day operationsRequirements
Previous customer service experience (face-to-face, phone or email)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage queries and resolve issues confidently
Full UK driving licence required (must be able to drive to our studio location)Job Details
