Customer Service Agent, £15.44 per hour, Hamilton, 4 weeks

Join a small, fast-paced business as a temporary Customer Service Agent and help keep everything running smoothly while covering staff holiday leave. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multitasking environment and can hit the ground running!

Responsibilities:

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

* Manage and respond to a high volume of incoming emails (approximately 90% of the role)

* Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Maintain accurate records and complete data entry using Business Central CRM

* Print and label products for shipping

* Liaise with warehouse and production teams to ensure orders remain on schedule

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

* Comfortable working in a small business environment where multitasking is essential

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

* Proficiency in CRM systems – experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus

* Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
