Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for businesses that have enquiries in relation to their software services they have.

You would be supporting in a range of areas such as aftercare, technical support and the order process this will be mainly over the telephone and email.

The role will also require some administrative duties and keeping client records up to date.

If you are passionate about helping and supporting customers whilst providing the best experience we would love to hear from you!

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

A keen eye for detail and good organisation

A good team player
