We're on the lookout for confident, curious and people-first individuals to join our growing Customer Support team in Leeds . You'll be working on a leading Energy campaign, helping people make better, smarter choices when it comes to their gas and electric bills.

What You'll Be Doing

Speaking to existing and potential customers about their current energy usage

Explaining rates, tariffs, incentives, and helping them choose the best fit

Identifying where they can save - short or long-term

Providing clear, honest advice - no jargon, no hard sell

Logging notes and updating accurately after conversation

This role is about supporting customers and helping them find value in what they're already paying for.

You'll Need To Be:

Eligible to work in the UK

Confident talking to people (or willing to take on training to build confidence)

A clear communicator who listens just as well as they speak

Motivated, punctual and good at picking up new systems
