About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Administrative Assistant. This role combines customer service excellence with administrative expertise, ensuring smooth daily office operations and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person visits, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.

*

Manage and update customer accounts and records in the company database.

*

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for internal teams.

*

Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.

*

Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for daily operations.

*

Assist in organizing company events, presentations, and client meetings.

*

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

*

Support management with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in customer service, office administration, or related field.

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
