Job Title: Customer Sales Coordinator (Warranty)

Salary: £26,302.00 plus bonus of £2,713.60 paid quarterly

Hours: Semi Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-1pm with day off in lieu. (35 hour week only)

Location: Croydon – Hybrid working

The Role:

The primary aim of this role is to drive warranty and assistance policy renewals by effectively applying strong sales skills during telephone enquiries and customer service calls, while accurately updating internal systems. The role also requires ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with current regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Day-to-Day Requirements:

* Proactively manage external and internal sales, renewals, and enquiries, applying strong sales skills and following agreed procedures.

* Clearly explain product features and benefits to assist customers with purchase decisions.

* Keep product knowledge current through regular research and training.

* Handle all calls professionally, meeting agreed performance targets.

* Accurately capture and record all necessary sales-related information for reporting purposes.

* Operate in compliance with relevant regulations, following a structured, procedure-based sales approach.

* Identify and communicate training needs to management.

* Work within the company’s quality management system, adhering to all documented procedures and standards.

* Strive to meet or exceed all departmental, team, and individual performance targets.

* Participate in appraisals, team meetings, and regular review sessions.

* Assist with ad-hoc projects as required by management.

* Complete all relevant administration tasks and provide timely reports as requested.

Who will suit this role?

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a telephone-based customer service or sales environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls. You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes.

* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.

* A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and web-based functionality.

* Strong communication skills.

* Excellent call handling ability.

* Influencing and negotiation skills.
