Description

Customer Care Coordinator (New Build Developer)

Warrington (Office-based)

Monday to Friday, Full-time

Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different? If so, we’re looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Warrington.

About the Role

As a key part of our Customer Services team, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners after completion, ensuring their experience with us continues to be exceptional. Your goal? To manage customer expectations effectively and provide prompt, professional support — every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

*

Be the customer’s main contact post-completion, handling queries and calls with professionalism and care.

*

Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded and maintained in internal systems.

*

Take ownership of issues, resolving routine queries yourself and escalating more complex concerns when needed.

*

Work within NHBC/Premier Guarantee and company standards to uphold quality and compliance.

*

Schedule work orders and manage technician diaries efficiently, considering location and availability.

*

Keep customers informed at every stage, explaining next steps and realistic timelines.

What We’re Looking For

*

Previous experience in a customer service role is essential — ideally in a fast-moving or service-driven environment.

*

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

*

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

*

Confident using internal systems to record and track customer interactions.

*

A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and follows through.

Why Join Us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking team where your contributions will make a genuine difference to customer satisfaction. In return, we offer a competitive salary (up to £30k DOE), development opportunities, and a positive, people-first culture
