Red Recruitment is recruiting a Collections Agent in Banbury to join our client, a premier contact centre outsourcing business, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients.

They are looking for a Collections Agent to join their team on a temporary basis. The hourly rate is £12.21 per hour and is due to start on Monday 18th August.

Benefits and Package for a Collections Agent:

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 5.30pm

Contract Type: Temporary

Start date: ASAPKey Responsibilities of a Collections Agent:

Handling and resolving customer queries across multiple channels, including telephony and webchat, ensuring first contact resolution

Making phone calls, sending emails, or utilising other communication methods to reach customers with past due accounts

Assessing customer account details to understand the delinquency status and identify potential collection strategies

Negotiating payment plans with customers to recover outstanding balances in a timely manner

Addressing customer concerns and resolving billing disputes when necessaryKey Skills and Experience of a Collections Agent:

Previous customer service experience

Experience working within financial services, collections or retail finance would be beneficial

You should have excellent communication skills as you will be speaking to a range of people

Having an empathetic approach is required due to the nature of the calls
