You’ll be the trusted go-to person for your portfolio of clients, providing expert insurance advice and ensuring they get the best possible cover and service. Day-to-day, you’ll:

Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients

Create tailored insurance programmes that truly meet client needs

Negotiate with insurers to get the best terms and coverage

Spot opportunities to grow your portfolio and bring in new business

Work closely with colleagues to support wider company goals What we’re looking for

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar insurance role

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

The drive to meet and exceed performance targets

Experience winning and retaining clients
