This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that champions collaboration, sustainability, and cutting-edge development. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the day-to-day experience of occupiers and ensuring the building operates at peak performance.

The Role

As Building Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the site-leading a small on-site team, managing contractors, and ensuring the building remains safe, efficient, and welcoming. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and occupiers to deliver an exceptional environment that supports innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee building operations, maintenance, and compliance with HSE standards (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)

Manage planned and reactive maintenance through external contractors

Support budget planning, cost recovery, and financial reporting

Foster strong relationships with occupiers and drive engagement through events and placemaking initiatives

Collaborate with facilities and surveying teams to deliver strategic objectives

Lead and develop on-site staff, ensuring training and performance standards are met

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in building or facilities management (2+ years)

IOSH certification (essential); NEBOSH and IWFM (desirable)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Proactive mindset with a passion for service excellence

Comfortable using Microsoft and Google platforms

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
