Key Responsibilities

- Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all building users

- Support day-to-day front-of-house operations and ensure communal areas are immaculate

- Assist with visitor management, deliveries, and contractor access

- Respond to queries and escalate issues where needed

- Collaborate with the Building Manager and wider team to maintain service excellence
