Job Summary

As Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will demonstrate excellent customer relationship and problem solving skills while demonstrating a passion for assisting our customers to be successful by using our products and services. Mimeo's superior service will build loyalty and lasting customer relationships. Working in close partnership with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) Team and our Production Team, you will help to service customers and identify opportunities for revenue growth within our existing client base. You will have extensive knowledge of the products that Mimeo for Business offers and must have a good understanding of how these products work through the technology and also through our back end tools and production facilities.

Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via telephone, email tickets and follow up on customer issues not immediately resolved.

Educate customers on product functionality and value to increase the level of satisfaction and success customers have with Mimeo

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues as needed.

Create and maintain clear and accurate written documentation within mimeos operating systems. (Salesforce & Freshdesk.)

Upload files, build documents and place orders on the Mimeo Website per customer product specification.

Work alongside internal stakeholders on processes within warehousing, finance and production.

Work with external stakeholders to organise outsourcing, resolve delivery and export issues.

Meet performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.

Personal Specification

Must be able to write and speak excellent German and English

Communicate effectively with internal and external customers at all levels.

Able to work in a high pressure environment, ever changing and challenging.

Have a can-do problem solving attitude, being able to deal with all types of enquiries.

Right first time attitude.

Must have effective communications skills, both verbal and written.
