Description

Summary:

We are currently seeking an organised Administrator with strong scheduling and planning skills to support the rollout of our client’s new project. You’ll play a key role in coordinating field teams to carry out surveys, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations from start to finish.

Key Resposibilities:

* Plan daily schedules for multiple field teams to carry out Smart Meter surveys and installations.

* Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey throughout the installation process.

* Monitor programme progress to achieve high installation rates.

* Maintain accurate data records in corporate systems.

* Create work schedules for a variety of field resources.

* Build effective working relationships with other teams to meet project milestones.

* Align customer service processes with work schedules and project requirements.

* Be a visible and proactive presence within the team, adopting best practices to deliver high-quality outcomes.

* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across end-to-end processes to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

* A proven track record in delivery of great customer service, ideally currently working in a customer service role.

* Creating work plans and schedules to multiple field-based resources (preferred but not essential)

* Working to tight deadlines with a focus on delivery targets

* Working on multiple systems with a ‘can do' approach to learning new work management tools.

* Well-organised and self-sufficient work ethic

* Effective in working as part of a team or under own initiative.

* The ability to work under pressure and resolve issues by good decision making.

* Excellent communication, planning and organising skills.

* The role will require the candidate to use multiple IT systems, including Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Dynamics 365 and Teams) and internal software.

This is a role you can make your own. You must be flexible in your approach and need to have a voice to influence change, contributing to the successful delivery of Smart Meter installations.
