**** SOLD****Length has been adjusted **.
This item has never been installed or used but the length of the frame has been reduced down from 1600 to 1445 . The width is obviously not adjustable .
When we attempted to install it we realised it was not suitable for our roof windows as they were too close to the apex of our ceiling due to the very low headroom. See last photo showing our roof setup .
Apart from the one adjustment to the frame it is as new condition.
