Description
Having successfully gained Qualified Counsellor status on to the BACP Register, I am credentialed in the United Kingdom with over 4 years of work experience as a Person-Centred and Positive Psychology practitioner. I use an integrative and trauma-informed approach to help individuals with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I work with my clients to create an open, honest and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I sit with them in a collaborative space, where I listen to them, understand them, and support them in making the best decisions for themselves. My aim is to meet my clients where they are :)
