With over 23 in years of experience as a counsellor, I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an accredited counsellor with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). My practice is grounded in providing compassionate, client-centred care.

I integrate a Pluralistic approach to therapy, drawing on a range of therapeutic models, including person-centred, cognitive behavioural (CBT), psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches. This flexibility allows me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs, helping you feel supported through a personalised therapy experience.
