Hello! I'm Sheila and I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in mental health. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of charities and counselling organisations, helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, work/university stress, health issues, domestic abuse, relationship difficulties, depression and trauma.
I have a particular passion for supporting those navigating perinatal issues, including birth trauma, postnatal depression, IVF and fertility struggles, miscarriage, and the transition to new parenthood.
My approach to therapy is person-centred and integrative. This means I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques to create a tailored approach that meets your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your difficulties, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and work towards practical solutions to help you move forward.
We all face moments in life where we feel lost, overwhelmed, or trapped in cycles of stress and unhappiness. Anxiety and depression can weigh heavily, but no one should feel like they’re alone in these struggles.
