-Person-centred therapy done “Your Way”. With a non-directive approach, I focus on your thoughts and feelings, what you want and need, in your time. Ultimately, aiming to achieve the goals you set yourself.
All counselling sessions are remote, via telephone or video call, from the comfort of your safe space. **search for me on social media for discounts**

Couples - marriage and relationship counselling, I will work with you both to build the bridges of communication within your relationship.
My aim is to get to the root of the problems you are experiencing, help you process these and work towards a more satisfied outcome together.
All couples sessions are offered via video call only.

Individual clients - I cover a range of issues from dementia, domestic abuse, stress, anxiety and depression (but not limited to).
Individual sessions are offered via telephone or video call.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation to discuss with you how I work, what you can expect and for you to decide if you would like to book in for future sessions and ask any questions.
You are under no obligation to continue therapy.

We have been with Kelly now since December and I can honestly say I would not be married now if it wasn’t for this lady she has helped me immensely since we have been having therapy and this from a man who said therapy is for wimps she is kind and caring and doesn’t take sidesor judgment I would recommend Kelly to anybody that has marriage problems or just need someone to talk to if I could give her more than a 5*rating I would in an instant !

Kelly is a thoughtful, kind and caring counsellor who put me at ease right from the start She has really taken the time to get to know me and to find out about my problems and issues. Wow. From the first appointment with Kelly we felt connected to her. She is really easy to talk to and although I'm the chatty one she has managed to get my husband engaged in the meeting which was amazing as he's a very private person. We would recommend Kelly to anyone, she's empathetic without being patronising, supportive without being judgemental and excellent at guiding without being pushy. We look forward to our meetings with Kelly as it's like chatting to a friend rather than a counsellor. Thank you Kelly x

Kelly has saved me. I cannot put in other words the effect she's had on my life. I've been a "non-believer" of these therapy sessions and did not think not they will really bring any benefit to my wellbeing. I've got to be under her counselling due to the strict guideline from my doctor. But, buoooooy, was I wrong!!! I can now, hand on heart, say that the way she's guided my mind and my emotional turmoil, had a tremendous effect on my whole life reallly. We started slowly - I am not a person that opens up easily, but she's had incredibile patience and kindness towards me. All of this, made me now be a different person, a better person, for me and my kids! I'm a convert and only regett not doing this sooner. Thanks for all Kelly, please continue to stand by my side!
