Hi! I'm Jasmine, a specialist gut heath and hormone health nutritionist. I also help my clients with weight management, fertility nutrition and TTC. I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist accredited by the Association for Nutrition, and I run my clinic Jasmine Bliss Nutrition virtually.

My approach is centred around promoting a healthy relationship with food and my approach is very inclusive, meaning I don't give you a long list of foods to cut out, or demonise certain foods as 'bad' - I believe all foods can fit.

Rather than put you on a generic 'diet' with an expiry date, where you'd have no idea how to help yourself after we finished working together, I aim to provide you the tools to manage your own health concern in the long term. The aim is not to work together forever! But to get you to a place where you are satisfied with your symptoms and feel empowered and knowledgable enough to manage your health in the long run.

Having said that, I will be here for as long as you need me! I aim to provide you with friendly services, in an easy-to-understand manner, where all my advice is underpinned by evidence and science (no fads!) and personalised support throughout working together.
