Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Void Surveyor to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Nottingham.
What the job will be doing
Carry out inspections of void properties across the Nottingham/Derbyshire area Specify repair & refurbishment works Ensure voids are costed and managed in the most efficient way, achieving value for money Write clear technical specifications and provide specialist surveying advice What you will need
Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) or equivalent qualification (Desirable) Proven experience in void surveying, refurbishment, and housing maintenance Excellent knowledge of contract management, building regulations, and leaseholder legislation How to Apply
