40 hours per week (Mon–Fri 9am–5.30pm, every other Sat 10am–2pm with time back in lieu)

As a Valuer, you'll play a key role in delivering a high–performing sales and lettings service. You'll be responsible for valuing and listing properties, generating new business, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities of the Valuer:

Conduct property valuations and prepare marketing materialsGenerate new business across sales and lettingsDeliver a responsive and consistent service to customersSupport the sales, lettings, and property management teamsMeet income targets through fees and additional servicesContribute to marketing plans and explore new technologiesCollaborate with Branch and Business Managers The successful Valuer will have:

Proven experience in the property sector, ideally with valuation expertiseExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and administrative abilitiesA customer–first mindset and attention to detailFull UK Driving Licence
