Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a new role within the Facilities Management industry? Do you have experience working within the commercial industry?

Randstad C&P is seeking an experienced HVAC engineer, on behalf of a national Facilities Management client. The successful candidates should have experience in air conditioning, air handling, and heat recovery units. This is a static role based in Belfast. This position is a with full–time, fixed–term 9 month contract – with the core working hours being from Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week.

Conduct regular preventative maintenance and make any adjustments necessary including testing and examining heating, air conditioning & ventilation.Carry out installation, maintenance, and testing of HVAC equipment.Carry out all work to current F Gas Regulations.Working on systems such as – VRV / VRFs, split & multi–split systems.Working on a portfolio of mixed commercial sites.Receiving jobs through a handheld tablet.Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.Ensure all work is carried out safely and completed to high quality.Candidate Requirements:

A minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and RefrigerationExperience with industrial steam boilers (Desirable)Knowledge of steam boiler water treatment & rotating plant.Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, and air handling unitsHave commercial experience in building services or FM backgroundFlexible with a positive attitude and approachInterested?
