Site Supervisor – Loft & Cavity Wall Installations (Social Housing)
BLACKBURN – 24–26 –TEMP TO PERM – LONG TERM WORK
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our insulation teams across social housing projects. If you're SSSTS–certified and passionate about delivering high–quality work that improves lives, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of loft and cavity wall installation teamsEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standardConduct site audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessmentsSurveysLiaise with tenants, housing officers, and internal teamsMaintain compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standardsWhat You'll Need:
Valid SSSTS certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)Experience supervising teams in construction or insulationNVQ Level 2Strong leadership and communication skillsFull UK driving licenseDBS clearance may be required due to work in occupied homes
