GBP35,500 plus bonus total package circa GBP41,000

In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional property management skills, earning a competitive salary of GBP35,500 per year. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, leading a small team of Property Managers, and driving initiatives to enhance our customer service and compliance standards.

– Autonomy to manage your own portfolio with clear KPIs– Line management responsibilities for a team of 2–3 Property Managers– Opportunity to support the Compliance Team and Associate Director on business–critical projects

Preferred Requirements:

Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner, building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and suppliers Minimize void periods, negotiate rental renewals, and effectively manage rental arrears Organize property inspections, produce comprehensive reports, and oversee repair and maintenance works Utilize property management software to ensure efficient operations and compliance Encourage positive online reviews to enhance our brand reputation Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 24 months of comparable property management experience Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, enthusiastic nature Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with the team
