Senior Client Side Building Surveyor

About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially minded Building Surveyor to join the in–house property team of a major UK PLC, based in Warwickshire. This client–side role offers the chance to be directly involved in the strategic care, improvement, and compliance of a diverse and high–value UK–wide property portfolio.

You ll support planned and reactive works across a range of operational and corporate sites, contributing to lifecycle planning, project delivery, and the ongoing evolution of property standards across the estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver building surveys, condition assessments, and feasibility reports Scope, manage and oversee refurbishment, maintenance, and minor works projects Advise on compliance matters including statutory inspections, H&S, and building regulations Support capital planning and asset lifecycle analysis Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders across the business Ensure timely and cost–effective project delivery, from specification through to completion Maintain accurate records and assist in budgeting and programme management What We re Looking For:

A qualified Building Surveyor with strong technical and practical knowledge MRICS or working toward chartership preferred Experience managing projects and surveying services in a commercial or industrial setting Comfortable working across multiple sites and juggling a range of priorities Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with a solution–focused mindset Previous client–side or consultancy experience delivering for corporate clients is advantageous What s on Offer:
