Senior Building Surveyor – Leading Multi–Disciplinary Consultancy

Location: Leeds

Salary: 50,000– 58,000 + Benefits (including a 10% pension contribution).

The Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, in addition to project delivery, you will provide high–quality professional Building Surveying services, including condition surveys, building, technical due diligence and dilapidations.

Undertake a broad range of Building Surveying duties across multiple sectorsLead client engagement and ensure consistent service deliveryConduct building pathology assessments and prepare detailed reportsPerform due diligence and condition surveysAdminister contracts and oversee project deliveryAbout You

RICS Chartered (MRICS) with a RICS–accredited Building Surveying degreeDemonstrated experience in both professional and project–based Building SurveyingExcellent client–facing and communication skillsComfortable working both independently and within a teamAble to travel within the region and occasionally further afieldWhy Join My Client?
