Salary: GBP32,821 per annum including car allowance

Full–Time 37 hours per week Permanent Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm

Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently and thrive in their homes? We re looking for a proactive and compassionate Scheme Manager to join our team, working across two of our supported housing schemes for older people in Northamptonshire.

To succeed in this role, you ll need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel between sites is essential.

What you ll be doing:

Welcoming and assessing new residents to ensure they can maintain a tenancy independently.

Delivering tailored housing support and creating personalised support plans.

Managing tenancies, including rent monitoring, void management, and re–letting.

Promoting resident wellbeing by supporting activities and community engagement.

Overseeing scheme budgets and identifying service needs.

Supervising on–site staff such as caretakers or handypersons.

Handling housing–related issues including arrears, ASB, and repairs.

Ensuring the building meets all health, safety, and compliance standards.

Experience working with vulnerable individuals and within a housing setting.

A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, varied workload.

Confidence to work independently and make sound decisions.

Familiarity with safeguarding practices.

Solid IT skills and comfort with digital tools.
