First time central heating Wall & floor insulation Solar panels Air source heat pumps Gas boilers Due to new work streams they are recruiting for Schedulers to join their eco team on a permanent basis within the Merseyside area.
As a Scheduler you ll take a proactive approach to achieve maximum productivity of operatives across multiple workstreams by managing appointments and responding to emergencies, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. Your Hands on approach and can–do attitude will help the service run smoothly and will make for a happy customer. Scheduler facilitates the day–to–day bookings of work loads You will be the first point of contact between tenants and operatives. You will perform many administrative and logistical duties To be considered
Scheduling experience is essential Working within Eco is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
